How to use it?

Take a cylinder is made of shungite (Yin), in the left hand, and the cylinder is made of an other material - soapstone (Yang) - to the right. Sit comfortably, legs uncrossed and put both hands on the knees, keeping them parallel to each other. Close your eyes and keep on concentrating. 
Duration of a treatment is individual. Well proved mode of a procedure for 3-5 minutes in the morning and evening for 5-10 days with a break at some time.
We do not recommend more than 7-10 minutes to hold harmonizers. Even if you do not feel anything, cylinders begin to work as soon as you take them in hands.
