Treatment
One cycle of treatment lasts nine days. Drink half a glass of shungite water four times a day 30 min. before each meal for the first three days. On the fourth day, take a break. On the fifth day, drink half a glass of alive (alkaline) water before breakfast, lunch and dinner, and before going to bed. On the sixth day, don’t drink any water. The last three days (day 7, 8 and 9), drink shungite water in the same manner as you did the first three days of your treatment cycle. First and foremost, you need to maintain good personal hygiene, ensure that you don’t have constipation, use quality toilet paper, treat diarrhea or hemorrhoids as soon as you get one, and so on. To treat periproctitis, do as follows: after defecation, wash your anus with warm soapy water and then rinse the knots and fissures with warm shungite water. Give yourself an enema with warn shungite water and try not to ease yourself for at least 10-15 min. In case there is any drainage or pus, give yourself an enema again. After that, use an enema with alive (alkaline) water and then apply some alive (alkaline) water to the fissures and knots. Drink half a glass of alive (alkaline) water before going to bed.

- Day 1: half a glass of shungite water;

Swelling subsides and gradually disappears.
Recommendation on the Use of Shungite and Alive (alkaline) Water to treat Burns
Treatment
Rinse the burned areas carefully with shungite water. 4-5 min. later, apply some alive (alkaline) water and keep doing so. Try not to lance any blisters. If a blister bursts or you notice some pus, rinse the area with shungite water and then continue the treatment using alive (alkaline) water. You can pour the water onto the dressing without removing it and causing additional damage to the wound.
Results and notes
Burns generally heal in 3-5 days.
