Refund Policy
If quality of received products isn't in accordance with description on our web page, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. We do not pay the cost of return shipping, the buyer pays the cost of returning the goods. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
If something in your order has been damaged: write a message to SHUNGITSTORE@GMAIL.COM with your full name, order number and add photo with brocken product. We will solve the problem, do not worry.
In case the buyer has provided an incorrect delivery address, the re-shipment is paid by the buyer.

We do not include import taxes to the
cost of goods. Please, check your current import taxes in the local post office
or DHL office to be sure. We ship worldwide and every country has different
import fees. If the order has not been received by customer or shipped back
like unclaimed, we will pay for returning package too. So, we will make a
refund excluding shipping cost in these cases. Or you can order again and we
will reship the missing products with your new package. Due to new sanctions,
we will not receive DHL packages back, so please, be sure about your import
taxes or let us know if you have questions!
